From Emulation to Reality: A Unified NTN Validation Framework

LIG Accuver presents an end-to-end NTN (Non-Terrestrial Network) validation workflow that verifies satellite connectivity from controlled lab environments to real-world field conditions. At the core of lab validation is XCAT-SPACE, a 3GPP-based satellite channel emulator that reproduces LEO satellite link conditions including delay, Doppler shift, and orbital mobility for repeatable NTN testing. Test execution and system coordination are automated through XCAP-AMS, enabling centralized control, scenario execution, and consistent validation across multiple lab environments. Field verification is performed using XCAL-Ranger unmanned measurement probes. XR-Emb enables autonomous testing in remote environments, while XR-Pu6 supports continuous multi-UE monitoring for Direct-to-Cell performance validation. Measurement operations are centrally managed via XCAL-Manager, and results are analyzed with XCAP, which correlates RF and service KPIs with satellite geometry using TLE-based orbital data.
